**FILE** This Sept. 16, 2007 file photo shows Tina Fey as she arrives for the 59th Primetime Emmy Awards at the Shrine Auditorium in Los Angeles. She was already the toast of the town with 17 nominations for "30 Rock," including her own nomination as best actress in a comedy _ a prize she won last year. Her return to "Saturday Night Live" was the watercooler talk of the week. What brought her back to "SNL" is her uncanny resemblance to GOP vice presidential candidate Sarah Palin.
